What's in a Nom?

With the launch of Escape From Nom now upon us, we thought it was high time we spotlighted the game's evil-doers: the Noms. Sure, our protagonist Alan is all work and all play but what's up with these giant creatures who seem to have an agenda whenever they see our little friend?

The tension between Alan and the Noms is so thick you can cut it with a knife but what gives? What could poor little Alan have done to gain the wrath of these vile, twisted and hungry foes?

No one really knows how it started. Maybe it was the effortless way Alan could perform twelve minute long jazz piano solos whilst carving ice statues or the sheer majesty of watching him dance the Tango without a partner and have it actually look better. For whatever reason, the Noms developed a lifelong blood feud with Alan and have hunted him around the globe to this very day. The above abilities being completely useless to him in this capacity, Alan’s only hope is to artfully dodge his large pursuers and dive into the relative safety of the nearest similarly colored liquid to escape.

Only you, our fellow gamers can save Alan from his demise and starting in August, his fate will lay in your hands.
